Thanks for choosing Dot3 jewelry and our lovely earrings.  

Although we hope and think that you will be very satisfied with our products however, under some rare circumstances for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, get in touch and we will give you a full refund or a store credit.

We will our best to make the process as painless as possible for you. Read on if you want more of our return policy.

 

Returns

Get them back to us in 60 days :)

Please return items within 60 days of purchase. Returned items need to have their original packaging, as well as remaining in new/unused condition.

If however, you have worn them and then you find that the quality doesn't meet your expectation, don’t worry, we have confidence in our products, shoot us an email and we’ll sort it out.  

 

Our lovely return process 

Step 1: Click on the refund & returns page (on the footer of our main web page)

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address on our Refund/Returns center page

Step 3: Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/refund

Step 4: Wait to get your request approval within 24 hours. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Step 5: Ship your item(s) & hold on to your tracking number for dear life.

 

Refund Process

Step 1: We receive your items and process it within 2 days

Step 2: You’ll get an email from us that your refund/return is being processed and your refund is on its way.

Step 3: Wait for your payment, if you paid with credit cards, allow 1 to 2 cycles for the refund to show up on your statement.

 

Damaged Item Return

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, (we hope not! Jewelries are quite easy to ship) email cs@dot3jewelry.com with the following information

  1. Order number
  2. Clear images of the damaged goods
  3. No need for an essay, just ‘hey! What the….’ and elegantly lay your complaints

we’ll calmly hear you out, scream at the shipping company then immediately refund you. Nah, we’ll refund you first then scream at them.
